Skin threading issue

Skin threading issue Hi, i have a question if anyone can help with solve it. So about a week ago, I had my upper lip waxed and then threaded by a beautician. She messed up, and left some scars which I didn’t notice then, but later on that day a scar formed. After a couple of days the scar went away, but now I am just left with bumpy skin. What can I do to fix this skin issue? Are they like irritation bumps or acne? Or do you think they’re permanent? I’m sorry that happened to you that’s lowkey pretty traumatic, we really trust the people that do our beauty routines for us. I hear Egyptian Magic is used a lot for skin issues including scars, stretch marks, etc Those bumps will go away soon, don't worry. The upper lip is a very sensitive area and removing the hair from it can cause these bumps, especially if you don't do it often or if it is your first time and you have thick hair. Just use some calming moisturisers on the area. Skin care facial services...

How do you get a hair makeover ?

Every time I go to a salon and tell them I want a change and would like their input on what color and style would look best, they act like I’m crazy. They want me to tell them what I want. How do I get a hair makeover? Is there something I should say? I’ve told them what colors and cuts have looked good on me in the past, explained why I’m not happy with it now. They just give me a blank stare. I’m a hairstylist and i think a lot of stylists are hesitant to do “ whatever!” To someone’s hair because they’ve been burned in the past. A lot of times when people say whatever the client actually has a very long list of things they don’t like- it’s too light, too dark, too long, too short. It’s important to tell the stylist what you want as well as what you don’t want. Personally I'd be terrified of giving total control of my look to someone. I admire the courage. Following this train of thought, maybe the stylist really wasn't want to be the one to make the decision and have th...

Eyebrows - what do I friggin' do with them?

22-year-old male here. I don't like my eyebrows. I feel like they have no shape and they are almost nonexistent. I've gone to perhaps 2 or 3 spa/salon places asking for advice about my eyebrows. Everyone has said to leave them as they are. My family agrees. What about you guys? Do you think I should leave them as they are? Is there really anything to "clean?" Let me know! What should I do?   https://imgur.com/a/RVk0c  https://imgur.com/a/Rwx7t 3 answer for this question go to a different salon... your eye brows can definitely be shaped, and if you feel like it, filled in. Find a decent wax or threading person, so they don't mess it up. If you want to fill them in, you can try microblading. It looks really natural, just find a really good salon try a different salon for sure. Consider getting your eyebrows tinted, not necessarily to make them darker but more to fill them out and more defined. A mix of waxing and threading is good.
