Find a decent wax or threading person, so they don't mess it up. If you want to fill them in, you can try microblading. It looks really natural, just find a really good salon try a different salon for sure. Consider getting your eyebrows tinted, not necessarily to make them darker but more to fill them out and more defined. A mix of waxing and threading is good.
